Sanctions range from formal warnings to permanent expulsion. Breach termination forfeits pre-paid fees and credits with no refund.
If the Registra Administrative Team determines, based on a balance of probabilities, that a violation has occurred, we may unilaterally impose one or more of the following sanctions depending on the severity of the offence:
- Formal Warning: A written administrative reprimand requiring immediate corrective action by the user.
- Temporary Suspension: The suspension of account access, breeding privileges, and registration capabilities for a defined period (e.g., 6 to 24 months).
- Revocation of Papers: The permanent cancellation and deletion of digital pedigree certificates for specific litters bred in direct violation of platform health, age, or welfare rules.
- Permanent Expulsion & Fee Forfeiture:A lifetime ban from the Registra platform. The individual's account will be terminated, and they will be blocked from registering dogs or accessing the software in the future, even under different kennel names or aliases. In the event of termination for breach of our Terms of Service or Code of Ethics, the user immediately forfeits any remaining pre-paid subscription fees or bundled credits, and no pro-rated refund will be issued.
