Yes. Complete data ownership is a core pillar of Registra. You can export your entire kennel history, including all pedigrees and health records, as a single archive at any time. We will never hold your legacy hostage.
Every certificate issued on Registra is cryptographically signed and tracked on our ledger. Anyone can enter a certificate's security code or registration ID on our global search to instantly verify its authenticity.
You must register the entire litter in one go. Partial registrations are not permitted. If a litter pushes you past your plan's annual allocation, you pay the overage fee for the extra puppies at the time of registration. The full amount must be settled before the litter is processed.
No. Registra is a complex database wrapped in an incredibly simple interface. If you can use a smartphone, you can run your kennel on Registra.
No. We offer the Starter tier, which is completely free forever. It gives you full access to the core registry features. You only pay a per-puppy fee when you register a litter, or a small R50 fee when another breeder transfers an existing Registra dog to you (submitting existing dogs from other registries for review is completely free). We want you to set up your kennel and build trust in the system without time pressure.
Yes. Submit the original pedigree certificate from your current registry. We accept certificates from any recognised registry, not just local ones. Our team reviews each submission and will notify you of the outcome. Approval is not guaranteed; we assess each certificate on its merits to maintain the integrity of the registry. Adding existing dogs is free and does not count towards your registration quota.
